Noteworthy Items: (1) State champion Steubenville handed Massillon a 68-0 loss. This is the worst loss in Tiger football history, with the final score matching that of the game vs. Dayton Steele in 1921. (2) In spite of losing four consecutive games, Massillon scored 20 second-half points to salvage a 20-6 victory over Canton McKinley, which was going through similar performance issues.
